A global profession, connected
The IAP provides a platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing and professional development across international legal communities. Given the sensitivity of its members work, security and reliability come before anything else.
The challenge
The existing website had fallen behind the organisation it represented. Members had nowhere central to find each other or the resources they needed, membership administration ran on manual effort, and the previous agency was not delivering.
The IAP needed a modern public presence, a single source of truth for member data, and a partner prepared to work alongside its own infrastructure and operations teams.

One website, two platforms, one membership
GRM delivered a modern public website plus two connected platforms: a member management system with self-service and one record per member, and an information and communication portal for forums, messaging and shared resources. All three run on Kentico Xperience 13, with multilingual content, personalisation and e-commerce built in.
